This course presents information on the reproductive system, patient assessment and management of the obstetrical and gynecological emergencies, handling of patients with special challenges, acute interventions for chronic care patients, and the management of abuse and assault patients. Upon completion, students receive an ACLS completion card and a certificate of course completion and are eligible to take the Florida State Paramedic Certification Examination.
