BSC 1080 - Human Biology: An Overview for Health Science Professionals-AS 2 class hours 2 Credit(s) Prerequisite(s): College level placement test scores or successful completion of all developmental reading and writing courses and corresponding state exit exams This team-taught course has two broad purposes: first, to provide a firm foundation in cellular biological processes that is essential to success in the study of human anatomy and physiology; second, to provide information that will enable the health-sciences student to differentiate between the requirements and professional roles unique to each of the degrees in the health professions.
