EMS 2119L - Fundamentals of Emergency Medical Care Lab-AS

Co-requisite(s): EMS 2119, EMS 2411, EMS 2421 must be taken in the same semester and on the same campus
This course presents practical applications of the didactic instruction received in EMS 2119 to include medical, legal and ethical aspects; techniques of CPR, AED, extrication; management of trauma and medical emergencies, and the administration of appropriate medical care. Discussion and application of basic computer skills in the health care setting are also covered.
