PLA 2880 - Constitutional Law 3 credits Prerequisites: ENC 1101 with a grade of “C” or higher, or equivalent This course examines the organization of the U.S. government, the relationship between the U.S. government and its citizens, and the rights and responsibilities of U.S. citizens as outlined in the U.S. Constitution. Special focus is on the first Ten Amendments of the U.S. Constitution, and the U.S. Constitution is presented from a legal perspective.
