TAX 2401 - Trusts, Estates, and Gifts: Accounting and Taxation

This course covers definitions and operations of the various fiduciary forms of wealth transfer including 1) fiduciary accounting principles and concepts; 2) record keeping requirements; and 3) various tax reporting requirements, forms, and calculations.
