This course will cover modern methods and techniques for delivering high-quality instruction, ensuring safety in training scenarios, and meeting the challenges of modern fire and emergency services education. It emphasizes professional instructor responsibilities, learning principles, instructional planning, classroom and practical skills instruction, safety considerations, and administrative duties. Students will learn to create engaging learning environments, adapt to diverse student needs, conduct fair evaluations, and maintain accurate records.
