Prerequisite(s): HUN 1201, NUR 1511, NUR 2140, NUR 2310/2310L, NUR 2424/2424L, NUR 2523, ENC 1101, BSC 1093C, BSC 1094C, DEP 2004, PSY 2012, MCB 2010C, MAC 1105 (or higher) or STA 2023 (or higher), and Humanities elective–all with a grade of “C” or higher
Corequisite(s): NUR 2260L, NUR 2530
This course is an integrated study of complicated alterations in health in the adult client. It includes theoretical concepts relevant to adults experiencing complex medical/surgical health alterations, and the goal of restoration or maintenance of health. This course may require some basic computer skills and CE6. The instructor may demonstrate CE6 in class.
