This program is held at the North Naples Fire Training Center.
This course is designed to prepare students to be eligible to sit for the State of Florida Firefighter II Certification exam. This minimum standards certification course for firefighters is a mentally, physically, and emotionally challenging program that includes both classroom and practical application elements. The 225 hour course runs for 12 weeks; meetings are scheduled weeknights and weekends. Upon successful completion of FFP 0010C and FFP 0141C, the student will be eligible to continue on to the second part of the program, FFP 0020C.
