COP 1000 - Introduction to Computer Programming 3 credit(s) Prerequisite(s): CGS 1000 with a grade of “D” or higher, or CGS 1077* (*CLEP transfer credit applies) This course is an in-depth, hands-on course covering computer programming fundamentals for computer science, engineering, and information systems students. This course is technical in nature and examines language elements, control structures, input/output processing, and file processing and data structures using a modern object-oriented programming language.
