1 credit Prerequisites:Demonstration of readiness for college-level computation and communication. Corequisites:BSC 1005 This laboratory course, which accompanies BSC 1005, introduces basic concepts in biology through laboratory experimentation. Hands-on exercises are used to explore topics introduced in BSC 1005 including biochemistry, cell biology, genetics, evolution, and ecology. The scientific method, proper laboratory techniques, and scientific data interpretation will be stressed.
