CJL 2130 - Criminal Procedure and Evidence 3 credits This course presents the principles, duties, and mechanics of criminal procedure as applied to important areas of arrest, force, and search and seizure. Study and evaluation of evidence and proof, kinds, degrees, admissibility, competence and weight are also presented. Rules of evidence and procedure at the operational level in law enforcement are covered.
