CVT 2920 - Cardiovascular Technologist as a Professional - AS

3 credits
Prerequisites: CVT 2205  and CVT 2421  
Corequisites: CVT 2841L  
The professional relationship of the cardiovascular technologist to other health professionals is presented, along with a basic format for research. Resume preparation and interview skills are also discussed. Students also present case studies and receive instructions and testing in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and preparation for Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) credentialing exam.
