MAN 3504 - Operations and Supply Chain Management 3 credits Prerequisites: Restricted to students with majors in Public Safety Administration or Supervision and Management; and prior to enrolling in any upper level course (course number beginning with a 3 or 4), students must complete the following courses with a grade of “C” or better: ENC 1101 - Composition I , ENC 1102 - Composition II , and three semester hours of college level mathematics; or permission from the appropriate academic Dean This course provides detailed analysis of concepts in design and control of operating systems. Students will address issues in facility location and layout, work standards, quality control, MRP, planning and scheduling applied to production and service systems.
