CGS 1100 - Microcomputer Skills 4 credit(s) Recommendation: Students with little knowledge of computers and basic operation of the keyboard and mouse are encouraged to take CGS 1000. This course provides beginning level learning in the use of modern microcomputer applications used in the business world. The course is progressive through disk operating systems, word processing applications, electronic spreadsheets, database management systems, and presentation software. In addition, students receive a basic foundation in business software application.
