RTE 1513L - Radiographic Positioning Lab 2

Prerequisites: RTE 1503L  
Corequisites: RTE 1513  
This course is intended to provide students with hands-on practice of the radiographic procedures as described in RTE 1513. Radiographic procedures include the imaging of the urinary, biliary, and GI systems, spine, pelvis, and hip. Images will be analyzed for proper positioning, technical factors, radiation safety, and legal documentation. Pertinent radiographic anatomy and possible positioning errors will be identified and corrective actions will be determined.
