EMS 2673L - Paramedic III Lab-AS

Prerequisite(s): EMS 2672 with a grade of “B” or better, EMS 2672L with a grade of “B” or better
Co-requisite(s): EMS 2673, EMS 2655
This course presents practical application of the didactic instruction received in EMS 2673 to include the role of the paramedic in the healthcare delivery system, identification of dysrhythmia and 12-Lead interpretation; assessment and management of the patient with suspected cardiovascular emergencies; management of patients presenting with diseases and trauma, as well as identification and management of medical emergencies.
